1. Medical Disclaimer

MediScan AI is a clinical decision support tool. It does not constitute a medical diagnosis and does not replace professional radiological interpretation or physician judgment. All AI-generated findings must be reviewed and confirmed by a qualified, licensed medical professional before any clinical decision is made. Pluto Technology Solutions Limited and MediScan AI accept no clinical liability for decisions made solely on the basis of any report generated by this platform.

2. Authorised Users

MediScan AI is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals and authorised clinical staff only. By registering, you confirm that you are a qualified medical practitioner or are acting under the direct supervision of one. Use of this platform by individuals without appropriate clinical qualifications is prohibited.

3. Patient Data & Privacy

• Chest X-ray images uploaded to MediScan are processed solely for the purpose of AI-assisted screening.
• Images and patient data are stored securely on encrypted cloud infrastructure.
• We do not sell, share, or use patient images to train our AI models without explicit written consent.
• You are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent before uploading any clinical data to this platform.
• You may request deletion of all data associated with your account at any time by contacting customer@pluto-technology.com.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Free accounts include 3 lifetime diagnostic scans at no charge.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $99 USD via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal.
• Upon cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. API Usage

API access is provided to Pro subscribers only. You must not share your API key with third parties, embed it in publicly accessible frontend code, or use it to exceed your monthly quota. Pluto Technology reserves the right to revoke API access in cases of abuse or misuse.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform code, designs, and branding are the property of Pluto Technology Solutions Limited. The AI model weights used in this platform are subject to their respective open-source licences. Attribution to the original researchers is maintained in all platform documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law and applicable international law, Pluto Technology Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any clinical, financial, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform.
